Perdido Key Community Center - Repairs

Description: The exterior of the Perdido Key Community Center has deteriorated from prolonged weather exposure and insect activity. The work replaces deteriorated wood porch-ceiling components, exterior lighting and associated electrical components, and stucco finishes on the fascia and ADA access ramp. It includes removal and disposal of demolished materials, protection of adjacent surfaces and components, and restoration of disturbed finishes to improve safety, weather resistance, durability, structural integrity, and reduce future maintenance.
