The City of Hayward is soliciting sealed proposals for Project 26-022: HSIP - Pedestrian Crossing Upgrades on Minor Arterials Project PS&E to produce Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for pedestrian crossing safety upgrades. The City of Keene seeks a qualified engineering firm to perform design and related services for the Court St River Crossing Water Main Replacement Project, which includes replacing approximately 5,000 linear feet of water main and installing a new 12-inch HDPE pipe including an HDD crossing beneath the Ashuelot River. The selected consultant will provide preliminary engineering and design, environmental documentation and permitting, public engagement, and construction administration support.
