Create a multifunctional corridor. Construction of an approximately half-mile long multi-functional corridor parallel to and crossing laguna creek. The multi-functional corridor will be elevated above existing ground surface elevation by approximately 2 feet. The surface of the corridor will include a 10-foot-wide paved surface with 2-feet wide decomposed granite shoulders. Post-and-cable fencing will be installed at the edges of the unpaved shoulders. Two prefabricated steel truss bridges with concrete decks will provide necessary access across laguna creek.
