Peckman Preserve - Site Improvements RFP

Description: Site improvements. The project includes site demolition and preparation activities, including the removal and disposal of existing paving, contaminated soil mounds, select trees, site furnishings, and other existing features, as well as excavation and grading necessary to accommodate proposed site improvements. Proposed improvements include the construction of new paved pathways, a wooden boardwalk, concrete pads for future art installations, new site furnishings, bat boxes and birdhouses, deer-exclusion fencing, and extensive ecological restoration and landscape plantings. The project also includes construction of a new comfort station and associated utilities, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, and related site, roadway, and infrastructure improvements.
