PC Board Milling Machine RFP

Description: Essential Functional and Performance Characteristics: Milling Spindle Speed: Must be capable of reaching a maximum rotation speed of at least 60,000 RPM to process fine structures down to 100 µm. Mechanical Resolution: Must offer a minimum resolution of 0.47 µm (0.02 mil) in the X/Y axes and 0.2 µm in the Z axis. Repeatability: Must maintain a repeatability/precision tolerance of ± 5 µm (± 0.2 mil). Tool Changing System: Must feature a fully automatic tool change mechanism capable of holding and cycling a minimum of 15 tools simultaneously without operator intervention. See attached file.
