Description: NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center seeks facilities and utilities to support PC-12 aircraft ground and flight operations during the Quantum Aerospace Communication (QUARC) laser communications campaign. The requirement includes refueling coordination, electrical power, secure office and storage space, and contractor-provided hangar facilities at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Cleveland, Ohio. Interested organizations may submit capability information by email no later than September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
