RIVERSIDE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT HEADWORKS OVERFLOW RFP
The City of Riverside is soliciting lump-sum bids for construction of an overflow outlet at the Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant to provide overflow capacity during power outages. The work includes concrete valley gutter, curb, sidewalk, asphaltic-concrete berm and pavement, HDPE pipe, grated inlets, an outlet into an existing concrete-lined basin, and related site work. Bids were posted on August 18, 2026, and are due September 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PDT; bidders must provide a 10% bid bond and 100% payment and performance bonds.
