Passenger Air Terminal Services At Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The Contractor must provide a control function that manages all information and terminal resources required to receive, document, plan, and move passengers, baggage, and ensure maximum aircraft utilization of the Allowable Cabin Load (ACL). The Contractor must: Gather, process, and disseminate information in accordance with (IAW): Air Force Instruction (AFI) 24-605, V2, Chapter 4 Section 4A; HQ AMC/A4T policy, messages, memorandums, and directives - Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES). The Contractor must: Provide 618 Air Operations Center (AOC), Air Terminal Base Operations as appropriate, aircraft landing, block-in, block-out, and take-off times; information concerning a potential aircraft delay, actual delay, or abort; as well as unscheduled aircraft remaining overnight.
