Description: The Seattle Office of Planning and Community Development requests qualifications from eligible nonprofit organizations to support low- and moderate-income homeowners adding infill housing through the Partnership for ADU Development (PAD) pilot. Selected PAD Partners may receive capacity-building funding and may participate in future closed-pool RFPs; the posting is an RFQ for partner selection, not a grant-application notice, although the program is funded in part by a federal PRO Housing grant from HUD. Responses are due October 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, following the August 11, 2026 release.
