The work consists of drilling, developing, and testing one public water supply well at Ranch A, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 8, 2026. Bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 29, 2026, and questions are due by 1:00 p.m. MT on September 15, 2026.

Work inlcudes 980 SY construction of 6" thick concrete roadway; 1 LS mobilization and demobilization of necessary equipment to drill water well; 1,125 VF drill pilot hole; 3 EA construct temporary test wells in approved depth interval, perform well development pumping and testing operations, collect water samples and complete laboratory analyses; 100 VF cement plug the bottom of the pilot hole; 70 VF ream the pilot hole to 36" (36") in diameter and install 36" (36") O.D. Conductor casing with necessary fittings cemented in place. See attached file.
