Prior to the start of construction, the approved agencies shall provide written documentation to the building official demonstrating the competence and relevant experience or training of the parking garage special inspectors who will perform the parking garage special inspections and test during construction. A final report of parking garage special inspections documenting completion of all required parking garage special inspections and correction of any discrepancies should be submitted prior to issuance of a certificate of use and occupancy.
