Parker Hall Demolition (ACLC Phase 3) RFP

Description: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Scope of work includes hazardous material abatement and demolition of Parker Hall (~90,000 SF), demolition of other surface structures (retaining walls, pavement, trees and other vegetation), subsurface demolition of existing underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water, mechanical, electrical, telecom), mass grading and excavation, new underground utilities (storm, sanitary, electrical), new pavement and retaining walls, new landscape and irrigation.
