Park Equipment Replacement at Wiro and Orpheus Parks

Description: The City seeks qualified contractors to remove existing playground equipment and surfacing and install new equipment at Wiro and Orpheus Parks, including poured-in-place rubber surfacing at Wiro and engineered wood-fiber surfacing and an ADA-compliant concrete ramp at Orpheus. The fixed-price public-works project includes optional alternates for a shade structure and adult fitness area, with a base construction period of 150 working days. Bidders must hold a California Class A contractor’s license, be DIR-registered, provide a 10% bid bond, and furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount.
