Market Street East - Painting Poles (RFP)

Installing large-scale murals on roadway surfaces that cover up to 25,000 SF, managing volunteers, preparing streets for the installation of murals, managing an inventory of paint, and effectively recruiting and training staff. The successful vendor will install large-scale murals painted directly onto roadway and sidewalk surfaces that include concrete and asphalt surfaces. These paintings typically range in size from 2,000 to 25,000 SF. The PBOT Street Painting Program includes Painted Street Plazas ("plazas") and residential street paintings. In addition to installation, these paintings require a company to do maintenance work that can include street cleaning, repainting large scale murals, and ongoing maintenance of the paintings. The vendor will also paint plaza furniture or other items within the plazas as needed.
