Developer Services - Pad a and Pad B Waterfront Restaurant and Retail Opportunity (Request for Proposals)

Description: Qualified development teams are sought for ground lease and development of a restaurant or retail on Pad A and/or Pad B, a premier waterfront site within the Port's Cap Sante Marina district. Provide a developer and/or owner operator with demonstrated experience in hospitality, restaurant, and/or retail development to design, finance, construct, and operate a high-quality restaurant or mixed-use retail center that enhances the waterfront experience and supports the region’s growing visitor economy.
