Description: Seeking information from qualified manufacturers, integrators, and resellers regarding current IP-based public address (PA) and intercom technologies. The project involves gathering market insights and non-binding rough order-of-magnitude (ROM) pricing to support budget planning for the replacement of legacy analog Bogen and Simplex PA/intercom systems across approximately 35 facilities. Key requirements focus on IP-based platforms using PoE endpoints, system integration with existing telephone infrastructure, and advanced emergency notification/lockdown initiation capabilities.
