Description: Perform earthwork and site grading necessary to prepare the site for the proposed improvements. Construct concrete improvements,including sidewalks, pads, and other associated concrete features; Complete all required electrical work for the park improvements. The electrical contractor shall prepare and submit a proposed park-lighting layout for review and approval before installation. The electrical improvements shall include a minimum of five exterior outlet locations throughout the park. Install electrical conduits at designated locations to support the future installation of security cameras. Complete all related site preparation, restoration, cleanup, testing, and incidental work necessary for a complete and functional project.

The lower racetrack creek restoration project involves riparian livestock fencing, a stockwater system, new irrigation diversion, fish screen, streambank enhancements, and stream channel realignment.
