Description: The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking an owner’s representative for the design-build of new Gainfield Elementary School and Pomperaug Elementary School in Southbury, Connecticut. Services include project management, design review, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, permitting assistance, inspection coordination, construction administration, change-order review, progress reporting, and closeout support. Responses are due October 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM, following a mandatory September 18, 2026 walk-through and a September 23, 2026 deadline for written questions.
