Outside Legal Counsel for Transit-Oriented Public-Private Partnership Project

Description: Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a qualified law firm to provide outside legal counsel for a transit-oriented development public-private partnership on selected CapMetro properties in Central Texas. The six-year fixed-price engagement includes legal support for land-use readiness and development-partner selection, with an optional task for counsel on the competitive RFP and final P3 agreement. The work is funded by federal grant money and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements; proposals are due December 9, 2026.
