Create and manage NJ TRANSIT's revenue-generating billboard advertising inventory. The selected consulting firm will be granted the exclusive right to provide the agency with management of its inventory related to billboard and other outdoor structures. The selected consulting firm would manage and maintain the licensing of various types of advertising signs, structures, billboards and displays within the NJ TRANSIT rights of way, as well as on terminals, buildings, property and other NJ TRANSIT facilities with the intention of awarding a contract to the organization(s) whose Proposal offers the best value to NJ TRANSIT.
