Orthopedic Specialists of Jax 1st & 3rd Floor Renovations

Description: Project consists of 19,515 SF of total renovations on 2 floors consisting of a first-floor imaging/MRI suite and related first-floor lobby improvements. The first-floor work includes selective demolition and new construction for the imaging suite with waiting, reception, data, staff and patient toilet rooms, IV prep, dressing, soiled linen, Zone II sub-waiting, Zone III, Zone IV MRI, MRI control, MRI equipment, and elevator machine room spaces; work also includes the depressed/thickened MRI slab, RF shielding assemblies as required, MRI chiller enclosure, non-ferrous MRI room components, cryogen venting, MRI purge/exhaust and oxygen monitoring.
