Orientation and Mobility Services

Description: OOD seeks a contractor to provide orientation and mobility services, including an initial assessment and written report and as-needed workplace familiarization for employees with disabilities at their Ohio work sites. Respondents should quote a report fee and hourly workplace-familiarization rate for each county in which they provide services; OOD intends to select responsive, responsible contractors offering the lowest combined cost for each county. Responses must be submitted through OhioBuys with the required financial response form and other requested documents.
