OPWDD Finger Lakes DDSO Cobblestone Hostels 7844, 7846, 7847, 7849 & 7850 VRF Systems Including Lead Containing Painted Component Removals (open only to MWBE/Small)

Description: The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting sealed bids on behalf of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) for HVAC system upgrades at five Finger Lakes DDSO Cobblestone Hostels (7844, 7846, 7847, 7849 and 7850) on the campus at Cobblestone Terrace in Newark, NY. The work scope includes installation of new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems and ductwork in occupied buildings, plus the removal of lead-containing painted components (lead abatement). The project is a Construction Contract, restricted to MWBE/Small businesses with set-aside participation goals of MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVOB 3%.
