Off-Site Training *SOLE SOURCE* RFP
Requirement for off-site non-academic training leadership lab.
Description: Upon initial award, the vendor will provide a single on-site/in-person course offering of each of the below courses: 3-day “OPUS10 Basic”: Course must provide an introduction to spare parts management and foundational skills for using the OPUS10 software for parts optimization. Basic logistics modeling and functionality overview must be provided. 3-day “OPUS10 Advanced”: An extension of the Basic training, the Advanced training must cover more complex logistics scenarios and analyze the effect on system performance and costs to include phased scenarios, functional breakdowns, and product configurations. To provide precise and effective special reconnaissance operations that are fully coordinated and synchronized among all components of USSOCOM and key interagency organizations. The ATC program requires contracted support for exercise design, development, and management, scenario constructions, and tailored training support. The contractor shall provide formal training to individual Critical Skills Operators (CSO) in Advanced SR skills to provide qualified CSO’s to the Marine Special Operations Companies (MSOCs).
