Description: Ohio DAS seeks one or more contractors to maintain and repair HVAC and boiler systems in agency-owned buildings across two regions covering Columbus and Cleveland. Work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, with a focus on central plants and distribution systems in occupied high-rise facilities; emergency service is required 24/7/365 with a four-hour response time. Proposers may bid on one or both regions and must attend mandatory site visits at all work locations in each region bid.
