Description: Operations, Maintenance and Management (O&M) contract for the Wastewa- ter Treatment plant and sewage lift stations. The Agreement shall commence with an Initial Partial Operating Term from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, followed by an initial five (5) year operating term from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032.
