Operations and Maintenance Services for Somers Solar Project

Description: The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance services for the Somers Solar Project, a 20 MW solar energy generation facility located in the Town of Fort Edward, Washington County, New York. NYPA acquired full ownership of the Somers Solar project under its expanded renewable energy authority, making it the first such project wholly owned and operated by the Authority. The selected contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to operate and maintain the solar facility throughout the contract term.
