Operation and Maintenance of Expeditionary Transfer Dock (ESD) vessels for Military Sealift Command RFP

Description: The Military Sealift Command is seeking a contractor to operate and maintain Expeditionary Transfer Dock (ESD) vessels and their related systems in support of assigned missions. The contractor must keep the vessels mission-ready, comply with United States Coast Guard and American Bureau of Shipping requirements, and maintain the required certificates and security clearances. This is a service procurement—not a grant program—with an expected single fixed-price contract awarded through a tradeoff source-selection process.
