Provide portfolio management services to assist the finance director/treasurer in the prudent investment and protection of city assets.
Description: The Office of Naval Research is seeking contractor support for its Portfolio Management organization and Code 011 Strategy, Policy, Plans, and Assessment (SPPA) Directorate, including management of the Navy’s science and technology portfolio, strategic planning, portfolio analysis, budget execution, and leadership decision support. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price, level-of-effort task order with cost-reimbursement travel costs, consisting of a base year and four option years. Eligibility is limited to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses holding SeaPort Next Generation contracts, with performance primarily at ONR Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, and telework permitted at the Government’s discretion.
