Ongoing Engineering Support *SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: Requirement for specialized engineering support services. The X-ray astrophysics laboratory requires comprehensive engineering leadership and technical expertise to be provided in support of critical detector development programs spanning x-ray, microwave, and infrared domains. We require specialized services in advanced packaging, precision wire bonding, cryogenic validation, and cleanroom operations management while maintaining oversight of engineering personnel and establishing strategic direction for future technological capabilities. The Scope of these services is defined below. Advanced Detector Packaging and Integration: Execute end-to-end packaging solutions for high-sensitivity detector systems operating across multiple wavelength domains (x-ray, microwave, infrared).
