Oneida Library Furnishings RFP

Description: Provide furniture for library. 1) “U shaped” circulation desk which includes: at least one locked drawer, 2 desks for staff, corner piece, shelves, book drop, book shelving, deep locking drawers for staff belongings, (est. 8 units put together). 2) Conference table with electrical outlet flush mount in center. 3) 5 computer stations (may be combined/back to back units) with privacy screens. 4) 1 telehealth station (located in private room so no privacy screens needed). 5) 1 long rectangle table for main library room with seating for 6. 6) 30 Chairs (all rolling, preferable): includes 2 circulation desk chairs, 14 conference room chairs, 5 computer station chairs, 1 telehealth station chair, 4 chairs for large table in main library room, 1 chair for microfilm machine. 7) Small circular children’s table with at least 4 children’s chairs (quote price per chair). 8) 8 Kids beanbag chairs for reading loft. 9) Vinyl (or comparable) couch with small coffee table and 4 vinyl chairs. 10) 4- Outdoor grade picnic tables with attached seating.
