Description: Provide one (1) year service for a SCIEX QTRAP 5500 Mass Spectrometer and a SCIEX Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer. Vendor must be able to provide guaranteed 2 business day onsite response time for remedial repairs, parts, labor, and travel for repairs, two (2) Assurance preventative maintenance visits per contract year, on-site workflow support and troubleshooting, telephone and online support during normal business hours, SCIEXNowTM Visual Assist Support, Premium content access to SCIEXNowTM ​Learning Hub and Knowledge base online. The vendor must also prioritize software phone and online support, troubleshooting for software malfunctions and corrective action on the latest versions of SCIEX software, delivery of full upgrades to latest SCIEX software versions for all entitled SCIEX software, and delivery of updates to latest SCIEX software versions for all covered SCIEX software.
