Request for Proposal: City Facilities - As-Built Surveys
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit professional services for the preparation of interior and exterior electronic building as-built surveys of (1) Indian Wells City Hall, (2) Fire Station #55 and (3) City Maintenance Yard Building. The consultant shall prepare accurate, high-definition electronic survey data, 2D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) floor plans, elevations, and/or a Building Information Model (BIM) of City Hall and Fire Station for upcoming renovation, space planning, and archival purposes in accordance with the scope of work outlined in this RFP. City Hall building is single story and consists of general offices, conference rooms, City Council chambers, rest rooms, utility rooms and storage rooms. Total square footage is estimated to be 14,356 sq ft. Fire Station #55 is single and consists of emergency vehicle bay/garages, general offices, conference rooms, living quarters, rest rooms, kitchen, utility and storage rooms. Total square footage is estimated to be 8,387 sq ft City Maintenance Yard Building is single story with a large mezzanine, and consists of vehicle bays, general offices, restrooms, utility and storage rooms. Total square footage is estimated to be 3,336 sq ft.
