Description: Recruitment marketing and media buying services. Owner is seeking experts to provide specialized recruitment marketing services for hiring bus drivers and other staffing vacancies throughout the agency. The selected Vendor(s) will work on a Task Order basis and provide services related to the strategy, planning, pricing, purchasing, measuring, and reporting for media purchases and strategic recruitment advertising campaigns on an as needed basis.
