On-Call Portfolio Management Services
Description: The City of Philadelphia's Department of Streets is soliciting proposals from PennDOT pre-qualified engineering applicants for On-Call Portfolio Management Services for federally- and locally-funded transportation infrastructure projects. The selected vendor will provide planning, design, engineering, constructability review, value engineering, construction management, inspection, and contract administration services across bridges, culverts, retaining walls, roadways, sidewalks, signals, ADA ramps, ITS, and bicycle/multi-modal facilities. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 10, 2026, with a question deadline of July 15, 2026, and the final response due August 17, 2026.
