On-Call Land Survey Services RFP

Description: The selected contractor will provide on-call property survey services on an as-needed basis to support the feasibility planning and design of municipal public works projects. Services include performing boundary and topographic surveys, establishing metes and bounds descriptions, defining existing and proposed easements, locating underground and overhead utilities, identifying structures and geological features, and preparing AutoCAD-compatible survey drawings. All work must be conducted under the direct supervision of a full-time New York State Licensed Land Surveyor and include compliant traffic maintenance when operating in roadways
