On Call HVAC Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services RFP

Description: The City of Tracy seeks to establish one or more General Services Agreements with qualified, responsible HVAC contractors for as-needed work. Services include inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems at City buildings and facilities. The initial term is two years, with the City able to extend the agreement for an additional three years.
