On-Call General Building Construction Services (RFP)

City of Costa Mesa

Seeking qualified general contractors for miscellaneous minor construction and repair services as needed and on a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week, and on-call basis. Work includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, locksmith, gate and door repair, and indoor painting.

Consolidated Government of Columbus

Construction Manager as General Contractor (GC) services to construct renovations to the existing Public Safety Building. The renovations will consist of mechanical, electrical, plumbing system upgrades, interior alterations, interior finish upgrades, and exterior shell maintenance and replacement.

Central Ohio Transit Authority

Qualified general contracting firms to provide light general construction services on a task-order basis for a period of three (3) years. Work contemplated under this request for proposal (RFP) is mainly for the construction of bus stops, Americans with disabilities act (ADA) site work compliance, park and ride facility repairs/renovations and other additions/renovations as needed. Work shall include ADA compliance, site- work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, concrete and/or asphalt paving, pavement striping, curb and gutter, storm drainage, limited utilities as necessary.
