Description: The City of Lawrence seeks one or more consultants to provide on-call architectural, engineering, and construction services for Lawrence Regional Airport. The work includes airfield and landside projects such as runway and taxiway improvements, aircraft parking and hangars, ARFF facilities and vehicles, utility and lighting upgrades, vertiport development, and related grant administration. Work will be assigned through individual task orders as funding and City needs allow; the master agreement does not guarantee a minimum amount of work.
