On-Call Construction Quality Assurance Services for Kiefer Landfill RFP

Description: The County of Sacramento, Department of Waste Management & Recycling is soliciting proposals from qualified construction quality assurance firms for on-call construction monitoring, field and laboratory testing, and reporting at the Kiefer Landfill facility. The services will support emergency repairs and verification that liner-system and final-cover materials meet regulatory requirements. Proposals are due August 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and the non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 5, 2026.
