ON-CALL COMMISSIONING, SUSTAINABLE AND TESTING AND BALANCING SERVICES RFP

Description: The City of San Antonio is soliciting on-call building commissioning, building sustainability and green-building certification, and testing and balancing (TAB) services for City-owned facilities. Consultants will support the City's architectural and engineering projects on an as-needed basis through design, construction, and post-construction phases. The released RFQ is a services procurement identified as RFQ 26-111 and project 2026-111, not a grant program, and its bid/opening date is after 2026-08-31.
