Description: Seeking qualified single-prime general contractors to bid on the renovation of the existing auditorium. The project consists of renovation of an existing auditorium including demolition, replacement of approximately 420 fixed seats, new carpet and acoustic wall treatments, stage curtain replacement, upgraded stage lighting and rigging systems, complete audiovisual modernization, associated electrical modifications, architectural repairs and refinishing, and environmental abatement coordination.
