Description: DASNY is seeking expressions of interest from qualified single-prime general contractors for renovation of the existing auditorium in Building 8 at South Beach Psychiatric Center. The work includes replacing approximately 420 fixed seats, new carpeting and acoustic wall treatments, stage curtain replacement, upgraded stage lighting and rigging, audiovisual modernization, electrical modifications, architectural repairs and refinishing, and environmental abatement coordination. Firms that meet the qualification requirements will be shortlisted and invited to submit a bid; the construction contract will be held by DASNY.
