Oliver Street Walkability, DRI Project No. 1

Description: The Project consists of the construction of various streetscape improvements along Oliver Street, from Sweeney Street to Thompson Street. Improvements include sidewalk replacement, roadway milling and resurfacing, pavement restoration and striping, drainage improvements, decorative concrete, lighting, and landscaping, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated August 2026.
