Town of Kingstree

Provide various improvements to the existing ballfield complex to include the following Work: Replace three existing chainlike back stops with three (3) new in-line netting backstops including associated brick masonry knee walls, demo existing and install new concrete patio areas for bleachers, construct new double lane batting cage systems with PEMB roof structure, and other related items.

Berkley School District

Project consists of a new softball field and park improvements. This bid package will consist of separate sealed bids for the following bid divisions: 101a earthwork & site utilities- berkley school district; 101b earthwork & site utilities - city of oak park; 102a asphalt paving/ site concrete- berkley school district; 102b asphalt paving/ site concrete- city of oak park; 104 concrete footings & foundations- berkley school district; 106 masonry- berkley school district;etc. See attached file.
