Description: The City of Victorville is seeking qualified firms, nonprofit organizations, community organizations, and event management entities to design, implement, and operate a weekly farmers market and community activation program in Old Town Victorville. The selected operator or operators will coordinate, manage, promote, and provide vendors, events, stakeholder engagement, and related customer activities, with proposals permitted for the farmers market, community events, or a comprehensive program. This is an open request for proposals released July 29, 2026, with submissions due September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
