Seeking a professional engineering firm to provide the City with phase I and phase II design engineering services for the installation of a new ADA compliant sidewalk and crosswalks. Services will also include a topographic survey, completing an application and submitting the project for a Safe Routes to School Grant, preparing easement documents (if needed), and bid preparation. Additional services and details are listed in the RFP. Each design phase of the project will require reviews and approvals by IDOT. Additionally, the selected firm will be expected to collaborate with City staff (which may include, but is not limited to, the Public Works Department, Engineering Department, and the Community Development Department), school district staff, HOA members, and City Council Alderpersons.
