ODF-T FY26 Bledsoe Ferry Rehabilitation Project

Description: This active presolicitation is for a total small-business-set-aside, firm-fixed-price construction contract for the FY26 Bledsoe Ferry Rehabilitation Project at Harry S. Truman Lake in Warsaw, Missouri, and is not a grant program. The work includes 100% solids epoxy lining of an existing sewer lift station, demolition and replacement of a comfort station and sidewalks, related site preparation and utility installation, and replacement of electrical service infrastructure. The Government will solicit quotations directly from suppliers rather than post a formal solicitation, with the complete Statement of Work available from the contracting specialist and an anticipated contract award date of October 31, 2026.
