Octagon Earthworks Pools and Courts Removal RFP

Description: Work inlcudes abandon all asphalt paving in place, removal of the pools and adjacent concrete patio, removal of the wooden play structure, outbuildings, and landscaping walls, removal of existing light fixtures, removal of concrete items: pool pump house, practice court wall, and steps, removal of clay tennis courts, abandon some gravel, footings and foundations due to archaeologically sensitive site, laying of grass and prairie grass seeds.
