Description: DLA Troop Support's OCONUS Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) Program solicits offers on Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0017 for Full Line Food Services Support for Europe Zone 4 (Afloat Customers), covering ships in Southern Europe, Northern Africa and Western Africa. The acquisition is unrestricted under Full and Open competition, and will result in a 5-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Fixed-Price (with EPA) using a Best Value Tradeoff source selection method.
